Terms of sale and use

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to the StatusGuard service published by [Company name] and its subscription by business customers.

2. Free trial and subscription

A free trial may be granted on request; at the end of the trial, the space is suspended unless a plan is subscribed. Subscription is made online (card payment via Stripe) or on quotation.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros excluding taxes on the Pricing page; applicable VAT is added. Subscriptions are payable in advance, monthly or yearly, and renewed automatically. If a payment fails, reminders are sent and the space may then be suspended until payment is made.

4. Plan changes and cancellation

The customer may change plan or cancel at any time from their space; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Plan limits (number of monitors, interval, status pages, users) apply immediately.

5. Customer obligations

The customer only monitors resources it is authorised to query, keeps its credentials confidential and complies with applicable regulations.

6. Availability and support

We use reasonable means to ensure service availability (best-efforts obligation). Platform status is published at /statut. Maintenance operations are announced whenever possible.

7. Data

The customer remains the owner of its data and may export it at any time. Processing of personal data on its behalf is governed by the data processing agreement, which forms an integral part of these terms.

8. Liability

The publisher's liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount paid by the customer over the last twelve months.

9. Governing law

French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts with jurisdiction over the publisher's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
